2. General information on data processing
We process personal data only to the extent necessary to provide a functional website and our content. Processing takes place on the legal bases of Art. 6(1)(a) (consent), (b) (contract / pre-contractual measures) and (f) (legitimate interests) GDPR.
3. Hosting and server log files
When you visit this website, our hosting provider automatically collects and stores information in server log files that your browser transmits. This includes: browser type and version, operating system, referrer URL, host name, time of the request and IP address. This data is not merged with other data sources and is processed on the basis of our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) in the secure and stable operation of the website.
4. Application form (HubSpot)
To handle applications we use the form and CRM service HubSpot, provided by HubSpot Inc. (USA) / HubSpot Ireland Ltd. When you submit the application form, the data you enter (e.g. name, email, company, your uploaded documents and message) is transmitted to and stored by HubSpot on our behalf in order to process your application. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) and, where applicable, your consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. We have concluded a data processing agreement with HubSpot. 5. Contact by email
If you contact us by email, the data you provide will be stored for the purpose of processing your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR. We delete this data once it is no longer required and no statutory retention periods apply.
6. Web fonts (Google Fonts) and embedded scripts
This website uses Google Fonts, a service of Google Ireland Ltd., to display fonts consistently, and loads the open-source scrolling library Lenis from the CDN unpkg.com. When a page loads, your browser retrieves these resources from the respective servers, which may transmit your IP address to the provider. The legal basis is our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) in a consistent, high-quality presentation. To avoid these transfers entirely, the resources can be self-hosted. 7. Local storage (language preference)
To remember your preferred language (EN / DE), we store a single value in your browser's local storage. This information remains on your device, is not transmitted to us and contains no personal data. You can delete it at any time via your browser settings.
